1. General Provisions

  1. The Mindstate.pl online store is operated by MINDSTATE - Wiktor Płecha, ul. Klubowa 22, 02-486 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 951252435.

  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, and concluding and executing distance sales agreements.

  3. To use the store, a device with Internet access and a browser supporting cookies is required.

2. Definitions

  1. Consumer – a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  2. Entrepreneur – an entity making purchases in connection with their business or professional activity.

  3. Customer – any entity making purchases in the store.

  4. Seller – MINDSTATE - Wiktor Płecha.

3. Shopping in the Store

  1. Orders can be placed through the store's website 24/7.

  2. The sales agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order acceptance by the Seller.

  3. The Customer is obliged to provide correct data required for order fulfillment.

  4. In the case of choosing the cash-on-delivery (COD) payment method, the Customer undertakes to collect the shipment and make the payment upon receipt.

4. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices are provided in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

  2. Available payment methods (including quick online payments and cash on delivery) are described on the store's website.

  3. The Customer is obliged to make the payment within the period specified during the order placement.

5. Delivery of Goods

  1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Poland, unless the Seller indicates otherwise.

  2. Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer before the order is placed.

  3. The order fulfillment period is calculated from the moment the payment is credited, except for cash-on-delivery payments.

6. Complaints (Warranty)

  1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the goods with the agreement.

  2. Complaints are considered individually. For this purpose, please contact the store's customer service at: contact@mindstate.pl

  3. Please do not return products as part of a complaint without prior contact with the store.

  4. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of submission.

7. Withdrawal from the Agreement, Returns and Exchanges

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. For a return or exchange to be accepted, the goods must be dispatched to the Seller no later than on the 14th day from the date of receiving the shipment.

  2. Returns and exchanges are carried out exclusively via the form available at: https://mindstate.pl/returns. After completing the form, the Customer will receive all necessary information regarding the procedure.

  3. Returns are accepted only for products that:

    • show no signs of use (no stains, scent of perfume, or other intense odors),

    • may not have a tag, but the tag must be included in the shipment,

    • are in their original packaging.

    • if the Customer received a free gift in the shipment, it must also be returned along with the product.

  4. The Consumer bears the cost of the return shipment.

  6. Note: We do not collect shipments sent to parcel lockers (Paczkomaty) or other pick-up points – returns and exchanges must be sent exclusively by courier or Poczta Polska to the provided address.

  7. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in the Act on Consumer Rights (e.g., regarding personalized products).

8. Personal Data and Cookies

  1. The administrator of the customers' personal data is MINDSTATE - Wiktor Płecha.

  2. Data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and customer service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  3. The store uses cookies for functional, marketing, and statistical purposes.

9. Customer Reviews

  1. Reviews of the store and products are published exclusively via the Trustpilot service: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/mindstate.pl

  2. The process of collecting and verifying reviews takes place in accordance with the rules of that service, which is responsible for confirming the authenticity of reviews.

10. Final Provisions

  1. The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the store's website.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, provided that agreements concluded before the change are subject to the version in force at the time of their conclusion.
