Terms of service

The Mindstate.pl online store is operated by MINDSTATE - Wiktor Płecha, ul. Klubowa 22, 02-486 Warsaw, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 951252435.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, and the conclusion and performance of distance sales contracts.
To use the store, a device with Internet access and a browser supporting cookies is required.

Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur – an entity making a purchase in connection with their business or professional activity.
Customer – any entity making a purchase in the store.
Seller – MINDSTATE - Wiktor Płecha.

Orders can be placed via the store's website 24/7.
The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller.
The Customer is obliged to provide correct data required for order fulfillment.
In the case of choosing the cash-on-delivery (COD) payment method, the customer undertakes to collect the shipment and make the payment upon delivery.

All prices are provided in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
Available payment methods (including fast online payments and cash on delivery) are described on the store's website.
The Customer is obliged to make the payment within the time limit indicated when placing the order.

Delivery is carried out within the territory of Poland unless indicated otherwise by the Seller.
Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer before placing the order.
The order fulfillment time is calculated from the moment the payment is credited, except for cash-on-delivery payments.

The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the goods with the contract.
Complaints are considered individually. For this purpose, please contact customer service at: kontakt@mindstate.pl.
Please do not send products back for complaint without prior contact with the store.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of notification.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. For a return or exchange to be accepted, the goods must be dispatched to the Seller no later than the 14th day from the date the shipment was received.
All information regarding returns and exchanges can be found in the "Make a Return" and "Make an Exchange" tabs.
Returns are accepted only for products that:
- show no signs of use (no stains, no perfume scent, or other intense odors),
- may not have tags attached, but the tag must be included in the shipment,
- are in their original packaging,
- if the customer received a free gift in the shipment, it must also be returned along with the product.
The Consumer bears the cost of return shipping.

Note: We do not collect shipments sent to parcel lockers or other pickup points – returns and exchanges must be sent exclusively via courier or national postal service to the provided address.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by the Consumer Rights Act (e.g., in relation to personalized products).

The administrator of customers' personal data is MINDSTATE - Wiktor Płecha.
Data is processed for order fulfillment and customer service purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The store uses cookies for functional, marketing, and statistical purposes.

Reviews of the store and products are published exclusively via the Trustpilot service: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/mindstate.pl.
The process of collecting and verifying reviews takes place in accordance with the rules of that service, which is responsible for confirming the authenticity of the reviews.

The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the store's website.
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, provided that contracts concluded before the change are subject to the version in force at the time of their conclusion.
